Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project teams with day-to-day coordination, tracking of deliverables, and follow-up on action items.

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, dashboards, reports, and briefing documents for senior management and executive-level stakeholders.

  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, correspondence, schedules, and status reports.

  • Assist in the preparation of project progress updates, KPIs, and performance reporting.

  • Organize and support internal coordination meetings, client-facing workshops, and technical review sessions.

  • Collaborate with engineering, planning, and project controls teams to consolidate information for presentations and submissions.

  • Support document formatting, graphics, and layout to ensure clarity, professionalism, and consistency.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and leadership teams to enhance workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

Technical Skills

  • Advanced PowerPoint design and formatting skills.

  • Strong Excel skills for tracking, reporting, dashboard development, and data organization.

  • Familiarity with project management workflows, documentation standards, and coordination processes.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and consolidate multiple data sources into clear presentations.
