Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with production and project teams to track manufacturing stages.
  • Review technical and shop drawings to align production with project goals.
  • Attend internal and external project progress meetings.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports comparing actual vs. planned timelines.
  • Identify and resolve any issues causing delays (design, supply, quality, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the quality team to ensure work is done per specifications.
  • Analyze engineering drawings to extract cutting details.
  • Maximize plate utilization and minimize scrap rate.
  • Coordinate with the design and cutting teams for revisions and updates.
  • Inspect cut components to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or engineering roles within the construction or metal fabrication industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with workplace safety standards and quality assurance protocols.
  • Willingness to work onsite as required by project demands.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
