Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with production and project teams to track manufacturing stages.
- Review technical and shop drawings to align production with project goals.
- Attend internal and external project progress meetings.
- Prepare weekly progress reports comparing actual vs. planned timelines.
- Identify and resolve any issues causing delays (design, supply, quality, etc.).
- Coordinate with the quality team to ensure work is done per specifications.
- Analyze engineering drawings to extract cutting details.
- Maximize plate utilization and minimize scrap rate.
- Coordinate with the design and cutting teams for revisions and updates.
- Inspect cut components to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or engineering roles within the construction or metal fabrication industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Willingness to work onsite as required by project demands.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
