Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role We are looking for a female Project Coordinator to support our project and design teams in managing two villa interior fit-out projects. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in coordinating between design, site, and procurement teams. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate between design, procurement, site, and client teams to ensure smooth project execution. Liaise with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure workflow alignment. • Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions. • Support material submittals, approvals, and logistics tracking. • Assist the Project Manager in daily coordination and client communication. • Oversee approvals, inspections, and handover documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination within fit-out or interior design. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools. • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). • Female candidates currently in Qatar with transferable visa/NOC preferred.
