To be a great fit for this role, you should have:

• Strong communication skills you enjoy talking to people, networking, and building rapport
• Good organisation & time-management juggling tasks doesn t scare you
• Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok we love them all)
• Creativity + initiative you don t wait to be told what to do
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• A laptop + stable internet connection (remote role!)
• Student Visa or UAE Resident Visa (freelancers only)
• Availability for 15 hours/week for the next 3 months
• Comfortable with outreach & conversations (DMs, emails, event invites, coordination)
• A positive, can-do, Gen-Z energy seriously, we want good vibes

Bonus points if you have:

• A marketing or communications background
• Experience with Canva, editing tools, or content creation
• Previous freelance or project-based experience
