Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing product requirements
- Prepare and maintain product documentation (user stories, specs, user flows, etc.)
- Participate in QA testing and issue reporting
- Support market and competitor research
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Monitor feature rollouts and user feedback
Requirements:
- 2 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
- Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience in software or app development is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about digital products and user experience
Desired Candidate Profile
2 3 years of experience in a similar role
