Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee multiple healthcare-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation to track progress and manage resources effectively.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or delays.
  • Organize and lead regular project meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements to optimize project workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and status updates for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including billing, credentialing, customer care, and digital marketing to support integrated service delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or service industry.
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience in healthcare administration or knowledge of healthcare operations is a plus.
