Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between project managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and schedules.
  • Assist in preparing comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Ensure that clients needs are met as projects evolve
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Suport prepare budgets

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
