Project Coordinator

MAAP Electromechanical Engineers

Prepare and manage required CAD/Revit operations to support the MEP design and production process.

• Ensure coordination and clash detection between all MEP services.
• Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Attend project meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items with MEP teams.
• Communicate with clients to manage and track required project tasks and deliverables.
• Support project teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely coordination across all disciplines.

Bachelor s degree in architecture or Structural Engineering.

• 2 7 years of hands-on experience in MEP design coordination within consultancy or engineering firms.
• Proven experience in MEP coordination, clash detection, and interdisciplinary reviews.
• Advanced working knowledge of Revit (BIM) for coordination and model review; ability to read and interpret coordinated models.
• Good command of AutoCAD for reviewing, modifying, and preparing coordinated drawings.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows, drawing standards, and submission requirements.
• Ability to review technical drawings, identify conflicts, and propose constructible technical solutions.
• Experience coordinating with sub-consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong understanding of design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Ability to track technical comments, RFIs, and coordination issues through to closure.
