We’re seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to bridge the gap between our technical team and our clients, ensuring seamless project execution for website development and mobile application projects. The ideal candidate is a confident, presentable communicator who excels in both written and verbal communication, pays close attention to detail, and is dedicated to maintaining an effective client communication flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the technical team, ensuring smooth and timely communication for website and mobile app projects

Coordinate project schedules, manage deliverables, and track project milestones to ensure deadlines are met

Facilitate project meetings, follow up on action items, and keep clients informed on project progress

Monitor and maintain client communication cadence, ensuring consistent updates and managing expectations

Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to resolve any project-related issues

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including client presentations, status reports, and other relevant materials

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in project coordination or management, particularly in website development and mobile application projects

Strong understanding of web and mobile app development processes, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
