Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Projects Coordinator functions as the operational extension of the Operations Director, ensuring continuous on-ground visibility, smooth project performance, rapid issue resolution, and high client satisfaction across all active sites.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Site Presence & Performance Monitoring
    • Conduct regular scheduled site visits.
    • Validate manpower availability, productivity levels, and attendance.
    • Follow up on safety and quality observations.
    • Issue weekly site visit reports and maintain follow-up on all issues raised by all project stakeholders.
    • Track problems until closure and ensure timely resolution.
  • Client Communication & Satisfaction
    • Maintain proactive communication with client representatives.
    • Ensure client concerns are acknowledged, documented, and resolved.
    • Contribute to maintaining positive client relationships and project reputation.
  • Resource & Coordination Support
    • Follow up on manpower allocation needs and resource deployment.
    • Coordinate with project controls and commercial teams on manpower allocation.
    • Monitor outsourced resource utilization and compliance with scope boundaries.
