Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain project documentation and records.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and handle logistics.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
Track deadlines and deliverables.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Handle internal communications and data archiving.
Handle audits, consultation, on-site inspections and any visits.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 2 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in agriculture or rural development.
Bachelor s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administrations, or a related field.
Familiarity with farming practices, agricultural production cycles, and sustainability principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with knowledge of project management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
