Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Technical Project Managers from project initiation through to closure
  • Coordinate tasks and workflows between departments using a proven project methodology
  • Define and maintain clear project timescales with specified start and end dates aligned to client requirements
  • Manage software releases and client communications throughout the project lifecycle

Reporting & Documentation

  • Perform regular project status and progress reporting for management review
  • Ensure all project records, data, and documents are properly maintained
  • Assist the director in preparing man-hours budgets, schedules, and cost estimates
  • Support project billing forecasting and administrative project work
  • Monitor projects for contract compliance and ensure all incurred costs are reflected accurately and on time

Project Closure & Handover

  • Support project closure by releasing final deliverables to clients
  • Handle project documentation handover and transition to support phase

People & Internal Operations

  • Verify team attendance and timesheet accuracy
  • Support onboarding of new joiners and follow up on team development plans
  • Assist in setting up internal processes (security, IT, project management) and create related learning materials, quizzes, and compliance tracking
  • Support PMs in understanding and tracking performance KPIs for their projects

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain client and team relationships
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools and documentation platforms
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and action plans
  • Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
