Project Coordinator MiSK FOUNDATION

Program & System Development

• Coordinate and implement program enhancements using structured project management methods.
• Support acquisition, deployment, and training for digital platforms (e.g., youth sports registration, scheduling, communication systems).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to enrollment, attendance, and participation.
• Marketing, PR & Business Development
• Develop and execute PR/marketing assets including brochures, press kits, and social media campaigns.
• Support sponsorship proposals, partnership decks, and external presentations.
• Track and follow up on leads, meetings, and collaborative opportunities with potential partners.

Event & Activation Coordination

• Plan and manage events such as Real Madrid Foundation activations, school showcases, and VIP visits.
• Work cross-functionally with coaching, media, and administrative teams to ensure successful execution.
• Manage event logistics, volunteer teams, and stakeholder communications.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain partnerships with schools, NGOs, government entities, and community groups.
• Support regular communication with sponsors, PSGs (Public Sector Groups), and senior leadership.
• Provide logistical and coordination support to internal departments including coaching and media.
