Position Overview
Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly accomplished Project Director to lead the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects in Dubai. The selected candidate will oversee the technical, financial, and administrative aspects of major projects, ensuring excellence in execution, client satisfaction, and alignment with Parsons global quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead overall project planning, coordination, and execution from inception to completion.
* Develop, implement, and monitor the Project Management Plan, including schedules, budgets, and performance benchmarks.
* Act as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring alignment with objectives, scope, and expectations.
* Manage contracts, negotiate variations, handle change orders, and ensure compliance with legal and financial terms.
* Provide direction and leadership to multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, motivation, and accountability.
* Monitor project revenue, profitability, cash flow, and financial performance to achieve business goals.
* Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive problem-solving and strategic decision-making.
* Oversee quality assurance, safety compliance, and adherence to Parsons policies and international standards.
* Ensure timely approvals, invoicing, and payments in accordance with contract requirements.
* Support business development by contributing to bids, proposals, and client presentations for future opportunities.
* Represent Parsons in stakeholder, regulatory, and client meetings, ensuring all deliverables meet project and company expectations.
* Promote innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in project delivery.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Master s degree preferred).
* Minimum 20 years of experience in project management of large-scale infrastructure or urban development projects.
* Proven record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in the Middle East, particularly in Dubai or GCC region.
* Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
* Strong financial acumen with expertise in project forecasting, contract administration, and cost control.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams, negotiate effectively, and make strategic decisions under pressure.
