Core Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize diesel power generation projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop project plans and schedules and monitor project progress.
Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment.
Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years in the Power Generation Project or similar industry.
Extensive knowledge of diesel power generation systems and technologies.
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proven experience in managing large-scale diesel power generation projects.
Experience in a senior managerial position within the power generation industry.
Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
