Position Description:

Reporting to the Director of the production center, you are responsible for the delivery of a maintenance contract and development projects.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for the respect of contractual commitments to the customer, you are in charge of the following activities:

Drafting the Quality Assurance Plan and responsible for its implementation within your scope

Managing the relationship with your customer and working to its satisfaction

Leading the steering committees and contributing to the preparation of committees of a higher

level Ensuring the management and financial monitoring of the contract in order to guarantee its profitability

Coach your teams and provide them with HR follow-up to develop their careers

Organize the activity, define the roles and objectives of your team members in order to successfully deliver contractual services.

Be a source of proposals to your client and structure your proposals within the framework of a progress plan for which you are responsible.

Develop your client's business in order to increase turnover

Contribute to the response to calls for tenders

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You have a minimum of 15 years of experience, including 5 years in managing complex projects with a commitment to results, in direct contact with the customer and with very high business stakes. Experience in the field of Distribution or Billing would be a plus.

A true leader, you know how to convince, influence and get people on board. Reliable and rigorous, you have excellent interpersonal skills and have good customer negotiation skills.

You are a proactive and autonomous force, you have good interpersonal skills and a real ability to adapt.
