Strategic Direction & Project Governance:

- Lead the vision, direction, and strategic planning for the entire multi-tower development, setting clear long-term objectives and key performance indicators.

- Design and implement robust governance models and project management methodologies tailored for complex, large-scale developments.

- Act as the chief point of contact for senior stakeholders, including investors, regulatory authorities, and internal executive teams, providing concise and strategic project updates.

Advanced Project Execution & Delivery Oversight:

- Supervise a team of project managers, offering senior-level support throughout all project phases — from conceptual design to final handover.

- Champion the adoption of modern construction techniques (such as Mivan/MyOne formwork, precast, or slipform technologies) to drive quality, speed, and efficiency.

- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives through value engineering and evaluation of construction methods for cost optimization.

- Coordinate and manage the integrated master schedule, ensuring alignment and efficient resource deployment across all project towers.Executive Financial & Risk Management:

- Take full ownership of the cluster-wide development budget, overseeing all aspects of financial planning, monitoring, and cost management.

- Perform risk analysis across the project portfolio and develop proactive strategies to mitigate potential delays or cost escalations.

- Lead high-level negotiations with contractors, consultants, and key vendors, ensuring favorable terms and strict adherence to contracts.

- Provide strategic oversight for major claims, contractual disputes, and change orders, ensuring effective resolution in alignment with project goals.

Leadership & Talent Development:

- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team comprising engineers, project managers, and support personnel.

- Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the project organization.

- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards at all levels of the team.

Quality Assurance & Regulatory Coordination:

- Direct and enforce quality control systems to ensure construction meets or exceeds corporate and industry benchmarks.

- Serve as the final authority on all major project documentation, approvals, and compliance submissions to relevant authorities.Oversee seamless handovers for each completed tower, including close-out documentation, final inspections, and defect management processes.
