Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic Project Director to spearhead high-profile hotel and entertainment projects. The role entails full responsibility for project strategy, planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring all milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Director will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage contractors and stakeholders, and drive operational excellence from concept to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure technical, financial, and functional success.

  • Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and resource allocation to achieve cost efficiency and timely delivery.

  • Lead quality assurance, safety, and risk management initiatives in alignment with company standards.

  • Direct design, engineering, and construction supervision activities, ensuring adherence to specifications.

  • Maintain client relationships, drive value engineering, and manage commercial and contractual obligations.

  • Utilize ERP systems (preferably SAP) for cost control, project accounting, and performance tracking.

  • Provide leadership in team development, dispute resolution, and performance management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 20 years of experience, including 10+ years in project leadership within large-scale construction or hospitality projects (GCC experience preferred).

  • Strong background in engineering, project management, and client relations.

  • Proven track record in delivering complex, high-value developments.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
