Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
Construction Management
- Lead and manage all construction activities on-site, ensuring alignment with approved design and specifications.
- Oversee installation of complex steelwork frames, trusses, and basement structures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local codes.
Project Execution & Delivery
- Develop and manage detailed construction schedules, logistics plans, and resource allocation.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities during construction.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication across all parties.
- Manage contract administration, claims, and change orders.
Team Leadership
- Lead a multidisciplinary site team including construction managers, engineers, and supervisors.
- Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and performance.
- Mentor and support team development.
Risk & Quality Control
- Identify and mitigate construction risks proactively.
- Implement robust quality assurance and control procedures.
- Monitor budget, cost control, and cash flow during construction.
Desired Candidate Profile
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in construction management of high-rise or technically complex projects.
- Strong expertise in steel structures, basement works, and high-rise logistics.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in the region.
- PMP, RICS, or similar certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
