Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of mixed-use developments (residential, retail, hospitality components)br> Oversee design, consultants, contractors, and project delivery teamsbr> Drive project planning, budgeting, and cost control strategiesbr> Manage stakeholder engagement across internal and external partiesbr> Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality, and HSE standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a strong>Project Director on large-scale mixed-use developments (developer/client-side preferred)/strong> br> Strong track record delivering complex, high-value projects in the GCCbr> Expertise in project controls, contracts, and stakeholder managementbr> Leadership capability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive performancebr> Experience within KSA or the wider Middle East is highly desirable/p>
