Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

  • Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and budgets to meet business goals.
  • Oversee contracting processes, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality hospitality and hotel projects.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during execution.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all project sites.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

A successful Project Director should have:

  • A strong background in construction management, particularly within the property and hospitality sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Expertise in contracting and procurement processes.
