Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Providing overall direction and leadership for the project team, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all parties involved.
  • Lead a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and consultants.
  • Developing and implementing the project strategy, schedule, and cost management plan.
  • Ensure all project milestones are met and identify and mitigate any risks to the project's success.
  • Managing and liaising with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Ensuring that the project is delivered to the highest quality standards and complies with all relevant local regulations and codes.
  • Implement quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Overseeing the project budget, ensuring cost-effective management of resources.
  • Track and report on project financials, ensuring that the project stays within budget.
  • Managing and overseeing contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that terms and conditions are adhered to and that disputes are resolved promptly.
  • Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
  • Providing regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and any corrective actions taken.
  • Promoting the use of innovative solutions and sustainable practices throughout the project.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or similar

Proven experience in leading large, complex projects (preferably in the Middle East or other high-growth regions).

Strong background in hospitality construction, including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.

Experience in managing project budgets exceeding $100 million.

Hands-on experience in project delivery from inception to completion.
