What You'll Be Doing:

• Champion a strong safety culture across all contractors, consultants, and interfaces.

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary programme team including project managers, commercial, technical, and HSE leads.

• Build a high performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure succession planning and capability development across the programme team.

• Oversight and safe delivery of all tunnel, link sewers, terminal pump station and associated works.

• Monitor and report on progress, achievement of programme milestones and contractual completion dates, and commissioning schedule.

• Responsible for budget and commercial performance.

• Lead engagement with Client, legal/financial advisors, regulators, municipalities, utilities, and affected communities.

• Experience in leading/managing complex multi-disciplinary PPP projects

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field

• Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional status

• 20+ years of related work experience

• Previous project management experience on similar or related large-scope project types

• Strong background in TBM tunnelling projects and underground construction risks, ideally in the waste water industry.

• Good understanding of wastewater pump station construction

• Deep understanding of tunnelling and underground construction risks

• Experience in leading/managing complex multi-disciplinary PPP infrastructure projects

• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills

• Strong commercial and contractual acumen

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience on mega projects (>USD 1bn) or multi contract programmes

• Experience working in live urban environments and with operational sewer networks

• Postgraduate qualification in project management or business administration
