Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for team members.
- Implement and oversee a document control system that adheres to industry standards and project requirements, minimizing errors and delays.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and distribute documentation, ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes.
- Establish and enforce document management protocols, including version control, indexing, and archiving procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation practices to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive records of document submissions, approvals, and revisions for accountability and traceability.
- Utilize document management software effectively to streamline processes and enhance collaboration among team members.
- Assist in the development of project-specific documentation templates and guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in document control or records management within Oil & Gas industry
Proficiency in document management software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint) , EDMS, MS Office Suite is essential.
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, promoting a positive work culture.
Proactive problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions in document management.
