Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate between architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
  • Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
  • Ensure designs meet legal, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor daily construction activities and site operations.
  • Ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Manage materials, labor, and subcontractors on-site
  • Implement quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and tests of materials and workmanship.
  • Enforce health and safety standards in compliance with regulations.
  • Estimate project costs and monitor budget adherence.
  • Track expenditures and control unnecessary expenses.
  • Prepare and review bills of quantities and contractor invoices.
  • Maintain site logs, records, and project documentation.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
  • Report delays, risks, and mitigation plans.
