Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring they align with specifications and budget constraints.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibility and compliance with design standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Prepare and review engineering documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports, to guarantee accuracy.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for management and clients, addressing any issues proactively.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with project execution, proposing solutions to overcome challenges.
  • Lead project meetings, fostering effective communication among team members and stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all phases of the project.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management, preferably in villas & high rise buildings.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations, ensuring all projects adhere to legal requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating project activities.
