Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Oversee the design and construction process, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, such as architects, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Review and approve project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Prepare and present reports and updates to project stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve project outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Professional engineering license or certification.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering or project management.
  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
