Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations for timely project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in construction principles.

  • Hold relevant professional certifications, such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license or a Construction Management Professional (CMP) certification, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.

  • Demonstrate a minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in construction project engineering, showcasing practical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.

  • Exhibit a deep understanding of construction industry best practices, including safety protocols, quality control, and project management methodologies.

  • Possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in construction software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar, for effective project execution.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse project stakeholders.

  • Showcase strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve complex construction challenges.
