Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

Project Engineer with Strong knowledge of HVAC Duct systems and installation. The candidate will be responsible for managing the duct and equipment installation projects, coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams, while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of works.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee duct installation works as per approved drawings and project requirements.

2. Review and interpret technical drawings, ensure works are executed as per design, and update deviations if any.

3. Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and factory teams to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Prepare and verify quantities of materials and ensure efficient utilization without wastage.

5. Prepare and track the progress report regularly and plan for required resources.

6. Monitor and track day-to-day site progress, ensuring adherence to schedule and quality standards.

7. Plan and organize required the manpower required for the progress and completion as per the project timeline

8. If any deviations are found, estimate the deviation and prepare variation submission document and follow up to get the approval

9. Ensure all safety protocols and site requirements are strictly followed.

10. Ensure the timely completion of the project within the approved timelines.

11. Maintain strong knowledge of HVAC duct systems, basic HVAC equipment, and site execution practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum 3-7 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in duct installation projects.

· Ability to read, review, and work on technical drawing and Strong knowledge of duct installation techniques, standards, and site execution practices.

· Strong communication and coordination skills to deal with main contractors and subcontractors.

· Good project monitoring and reporting skills.

· Familiar with safety standards and site compliance requirements.

· Valid Driving License.
