Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with Project Manager, clients, EPCs, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Represent the company in meetings and maintain strong client relationships
Manage site operations focusing on safety, security, cost, and schedule control
Lead meetings and maintain proper documentation (MOM, reports)
Identify risks/issues and ensure timely resolution
Support implementation of Project Execution, Safety & Quality Plans
Monitor contractor performance and ensure achievement of project KPIs
Handle technical queries, missing materials, and site challenges proactively
Manage site expenditures, assets, and resource planning
Prepare regular progress reports and updates
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in transport services / logistics / project execution
Experience in GCC projects (ARAMCO, SABIC) preferred
Knowledge of 2D/3D CAD & ERP systems
Safety certifications (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA) will be an advantage
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
