Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee HVAC system design and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards, including calculations and equipment selection.
  • Manage HVAC project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities, while maintaining project profitability.
  • Coordinate HVAC installations with contractors, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols, including site visits and progress monitoring.
  • Review and approve HVAC submittals, shop drawings, and other technical documentation, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Holds professional engineering (PE) license or is actively pursuing it.
  • Has certifications like LEED AP or CEM (Certified Energy Manager) are highly desirable.
  • Boasts at least 5 years of experience in HVAC design, installation, and project management within the construction industry.
