Project Engineer Industrial Automation (PCS7 & ABB 800xA) BIN GHALIB ENGINEERING ENTERPRISES

Acquire knowledge of new systems of management (such as customized management software etc.)

Attend client/ consultant/ inspection concerns, customer complaints and technical comments and provide after sales support to customer as per procedure

Attend management meetings, handle any additional engineering tasks assigned and prepare project related reports as per instruction Check estimated prices, highlight and propose alternates/ substitutes/ IHF stock whenever appropriate

Coordinate with design/ drawing department on pending drawings and assigning priorities

Co-ordinate with finance department for project invoicing

Cross-check and verify drawings as per project and customer requirements

Ensure all activities and milestones in a project are managed successfully

Ensure close weekly analysis, advanced identification and forecasting of critical tasks and mitigate risks

Ensure compliance with contracted service level agreements (SLAs)

Ensure ISO procedure compliance with regards to all documentation and processes

Follow up on material status, subcontracted works, free issue materials and related issues

Handle all project related activities and update status in project planner as per company procedure

Handle and support site activities (Commissioning, Installation etc.)

Handle any additional Engineering task assigned by the management

Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedure HMI/ SCADA graphics development and testing as per client requirements (where applicable)

Maintain a deep knowledge of current market and industry trends and modern business practices

Manage project planning, project controls and cost management, subcontract management, claims management, project proposals and project reporting to the management

Monitor and analyze progress, identify trends and recommend corrective actions PLC/ DCS programming, troubleshooting and testing as per operation control philosophy (where applicable)

Prepare accurate Bill Of Materials

Prepare and maintain: Engineering Catalog Library, relevant engineering standards and local/ international rules and regulations, standard end-user and consultant specifications, standard engineering charts, calculations, standard technical submittals

Prepare design draft and sketches as applicable

Prepare, submit and get approvals for PreQualification/ Tender documents and project related documentation (Compliance statements, submittals, O & M manuals etc.)

Provide engineering support for sales team and attend meetings with client/ consultant for technical clarification and ensure that MOM are prepared by project/ sales team

Providing After Sales Support to Customer as per procedure
