Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Facility Management :
Oversee the day to day operations of WRM facility in Al Markaz to ensure optimal functionality.
Primary engineering contact and point of escalations for all repairs and overall direction of implementation & operations.
Develop and implement preventive/corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend lifespan of equipment and systems.
Planning, managing, performing, quality control, and supporting the activities necessary to successfully achieve full compliance in accordance with site regulations & performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Gathering and acting upon customer feedback ensuring action is taken to maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
Project Management :
Plan and execute facility improvement projects, not limited to renovations and new installations.
Prepare work order costing, quotation and technical submittals for corrective maintenance jobs/projects.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high quality outcomes.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Carry out regular inspections of warehouses to identify and address maintenance issues.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other systems.
Conduct generator load testing, rectify issues on central battery systems, fire systems, air compressors, rollup doors etc.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.
Invoicing, Documentation & Reporting :
Prepare technical & commercial proposals, SRR, BRR, Invoice, Hazmat inventories, Incident reports, SOW etc.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, checklists, equipment inspections, and project updates.
Submit progress reports for management on work order status and performance
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering, facility management or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering with a focus on military environments/projects.
Experience in asset management software’s like Maximo.
Professional certification (Eg: NEBOSH, ADDC, CFM) is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
