Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and oversee daily site activities

  2. Prepare and review drawings using AutoCAD

  3. Take site measurements and maintain accurate records

  4. Assist in quantity verification and client invoicing

  5. Support subcontractor billing and verification

  6. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

  7. Assist with procurement (materials follow-up and coordination)

  8. Maintain project documentation, reports, and basic cost tracking

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Proficiency in AutoCAD

  2. 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred)

  3. UAE driving license (advantage)

  4. Good understanding of site work and engineering drawings

  5. Ability to multitask and work independently
