Project Engineer Mondelez

The role supports capital project execution, and you will be accountable for the quality of the results and execution of capital projects using Mondel z standards, and business and innovation processes in project management. You will help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of capital investments with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided and develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow. You will also help ensure that applicable engineering developments and standards are properly implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices.

As a Project Engineer, you will lead the design, installation, and commissioning of capital projects across our manufacturing landscape. You will bridge the gap between regional engineering strategies and local plant execution.

What you need to know about this position:

• CAPEX Management: You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from initial feasibility studies and budgeting to final handover.
• Vertical Startups: You will implement "Early Management" (EM) pillars to ensure new equipment reaches full speed and efficiency immediately upon commissioning.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: You will collaborate closely with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Quality, and Research & Development (R&D) to ensure all technical solutions meet Mondel z s rigorous global standards.
