Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up on site progress in line with schedule, safety, and quality standards
  • Prepare and deliver regular project performance reports (weekly/monthly)
  • Manage relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Participate in subcontractor selection and contract negotiation
  • Prepare budgets, cost reports, and progress updates
  • Supervise subcontractor work and ensure compliance with contracts and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Architecture or Civil)
  • 8 10 years of proven experience in contracting companies
  • Previous experience in industrial projects is a must
  • Excellent English (written & spoken)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and suppliers

Work Conditions:

  • Days off : 1 day off ( Friday )

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Architecture or Civil) with 8 10 years of proven experience in contracting companies. Previous experience in industrial projects is a must. Excellent English (written & spoken), strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and suppliers are required.
