Project Engineer

Manage and obtain authority approvals and NOCs required for construction projects.

• Coordinate with authorities such as Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), and Trakhees.

• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation, drawings, and applications to relevant authorities.

• Follow up with authorities to ensure timely approvals and clearances.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams for required submissions.

• Monitor compliance with local regulations, permits, and project requirements.

• Maintain proper records of approvals, permits, and project documentation.

• Support the project team to ensure all authority requirements are fulfilled before and during project execution.
