Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Champion project success by ensuring alignment with the project owner's vision and strategic goals, acting as their voice throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project execution, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues that could impact scope, schedule, or budget, and escalating critical concerns effectively.
  • Manage and maintain robust communication channels, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress, changes, and decisions through concise and impactful updates.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications, providing insightful feedback and recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Experience in warehouse construction projects is a must.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as PMP, CCM, or similar, demonstrating a commitment to professional project management standards.

  • Exhibits a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

  • Demonstrates experience in the commercial construction industry, with a preference for experience in large-scale projects.
