Manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit out projects.

Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor project progress and update management regularly.

Plan and schedule site activities to meet project deadlines.

Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity at site.

Conduct regular site inspections and identify issues or delays.

Coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals and inspections.

Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and management.

Coordinate with design, procurement, MEP, and estimation departments.

Ensure all materials are available as per project schedule.

Prepare work programs and project schedules.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery and execution.

Ensure all required permits and approvals are obtained before work starts.

Ensure site safety procedures are followed at all times.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Maintain project documentation and site records.

Monitor project costs and material usage.

Reduce wastage and improve site efficiency.

Track subcontractor progress and billing.
