Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of false ceiling and painting projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Conduct thorough site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays.
- Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and material procurement strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and resolve conflicts.
- Monitor project progress, track expenses, and generate regular reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Evaluate and select suitable materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to project specifications.
- Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and other technical documents to maintain project accuracy.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, including potential delays, cost overruns, and quality issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Holds relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent.
Demonstrates at least 3-5 years of experience in false ceiling and painting projects within the construction industry.
Exhibits strong proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Displays strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Possesses a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Demonstrates a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Exhibits strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Should be a citizen and be able to speak fluently in English and Arabic.
