Project Engineer (Site Based) Litco Industries

Site Execution & Supervision:

• Supervise all site activities related to steel structure erection, installation, and finishing works.

• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

• Monitor daily progress and productivity at site.

• Resolve technical and site-related issues immediately.

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractors, and internal departments.

• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.

• Liaise with fabrication team for material readiness and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with planning team for progress tracking and targets.

Manpower & Resource Management:

• Manage supervisors, foremen, and workforce at site.

• Plan manpower, equipment, cranes, tools, and resources efficiently.

• Ensure optimum utilization of labor and machinery.

Drawings & Technical Control:

• Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and method statements.

• Ensure work is executed according to latest approved revisions.

• Coordinate with design / drafting team for site modifications if required.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure all works comply with QA/QC standards and project specifications.

• Raise and follow up WIR / MIR / Inspections.

• Ensure strict HSE compliance and toolbox talks.

• Maintain safe working environment at site.

Progress Reporting:

• Prepare daily / weekly progress reports.

• Report delays, constraints, and action plans to management.

• Maintain site records, material logs, and inspection status.

Commercial Awareness:

• Verify completed quantities for billing purposes.

• Support QS team for measurements, variations, and site records.

• Control wastage and avoid unnecessary site costs.
