Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you ll play a key part in translating technical designs into actionable site tasks, coordinating between engineering teams and on-site operations, and ensuring that every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate drawings, plans, and specifications into clear, actionable tasks.
- Act as a bridge between design and site execution.
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with technical standards.
- Resolve engineering issues and provide technical support during construction.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, and supervisors.
- Support project planning, coordination, and reporting activities.
- Promote a strong culture of safety and quality on-site.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering (or related field).
- Proven experience as a Project or Site Engineer in the UAE.
- Solid understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and MS Office.
