Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily project activities on site and with technical teams
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Monitor work progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Prepare progress reports and technical documentation
- Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues
- Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural / MEP)
- 3 5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural / MEP)
- 3 5 years of experience in construction or real estate projects
