Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage project execution from site survey to final handover.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and installation teams.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Supervise installation of water pumps, submersible pumps, and solar systems on-site.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
- Follow up on project progress, costs, and timelines.
- Handle client communication and technical support during project execution.
- Identify risks and propose corrective actions when needed.
Skills:
- Good knowledge of water pumps, submersible pumps, and solar pumping systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work on-site and travel when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics).
- 1 3 years of experience in pumps, water systems, or solar projects (preferred).
