Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the execution of water treatment, wastewater, and steam engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are met.
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and cost constraints.
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements, provide technical support, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and documentation related to project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure proper installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Support after-sales service teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues post-project delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in project engineering, preferably within the water treatment or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to engineering projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
