Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage construction activities on-site
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Review BOQ, shop drawings, and material submittals
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local authority regulations
Prepare progress reports and update project management regularly
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 9–12 years of experience in civil construction and project execution
Strong experience in residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects
Proven experience in site supervision, project coordination, and contractor management
Good knowledge of construction methods, BOQ, shop drawings, and material submittals
Experience in QA/QC, site inspections, and progress monitoring
Familiarity with local authority regulations and safety standards
