Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Objective:
- To manage the site execution of the project such that it is completed within the time, cost, productivity and quality requirements of the contract while adhering to the company s quality and safety practices project as per directions of Project Manager and Electrical Manager.
- To assign and distribute efficiently the available resources, materials, subcontractors and equipment on the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering and technical aspects of construction projects
- Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Assist & Review project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and report to project stakeholders
- Manage & Optimize resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower
- Conduct quality control inspections and ensure standards are met
- Review & advise on engineering issues to implement corrective actions
- Prepare project documentation and reports
- Provides support, site experience and mentoring to fresh Engineers and Foremen
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
- Minimum 4 years of experience preferably within the construction industry
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or LEED accreditation is a plus
- Proven experience in managing complex projects
- Ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
