Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction projects from start to finish.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and work.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and tracking project expenses.
• Resolve technical issues on-site in collaboration with the project team.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, FEWA requirements, and local authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 5 years of UAE construction experience; RAK project experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes, FEWA approvals, and municipal requirements.

Preferred:

• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects in RAK or other UAE emirates.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
