Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:


We are looking for a proactive Project Engineer to support day-to-day site management, project execution, and coordination with the production team and execution. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow in the project management space.


Key Responsibilities:


- Coordinate site activities, installation schedules, and contractor timelines.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain daily work progress reports.

- Assist in measurement recording, BOQ checks, and billing documentation.

- Monitor work quality and escalate site issues to the Project Manager.

- Maintain updated records of drawings, schedules, and project communications.

- Oversee day-to-day site execution, installation and coordination of installation crew.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of site coordination experience in interior fit-outs or joinery.

- Strong organizational and reporting skills.

- Familiarity with contract documentation and billing processes.

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related technical field.
