Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise joinery works across multiple project sites.
  • Review technical drawings, material specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Liaise with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify quality, dimensions, and installation accuracy.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and quality checklists.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project specifications.
  • Support procurement by providing material take-offs and technical evaluations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in joinery or fit-out project engineering.
  • Strong understanding of joinery materials, production processes, and installation techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
